By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the JLG Technology Hub website (the "Site") and associated desktop client software, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue your use of the Site and its related products immediately.

2. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

All original interfaces, visual designs, graphic assets, trademarks, and documentation—including the marks JLG Technology, Slimrell, and Career Asset Engine—are the exclusive property of JLG Technology LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership or licensing rights beyond the explicit terms outlined herein.

3. Proprietary Commercial Software & End-User License

All applications, client binaries, backend microservices, and internal architectures—including Career Asset Engine and Slimrell—are proprietary commercial software owned exclusively by JLG Technology LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and execute the compiled binary for personal or internal enterprise evaluation. Reverse engineering, decompilation, unauthorized modification, commercial redistribution, and public mirroring of source code or binaries are strictly prohibited.

4. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to our administrative microservice endpoints.
• Execute automated vulnerability scanning, brute-forcing, or denial-of-service vectors.
• Misrepresent affiliation with JLG Technology LLC or tamper with cryptographic software signatures.

5. Decentralized Blockchain Interactions

When using features that involve decentralized smart contracts (such as Base L2 verification or EIP-712 state proofs), you acknowledge that transactions recorded on a public blockchain are irreversible. You are solely responsible for managing and safeguarding your private keys and local cryptographic keystores.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE, DOCUMENTATION, PREVIEWS, AND SOFTWARE PACKAGES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. JLG TECHNOLOGY LLC DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE OR SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JLG TECHNOLOGY LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR UNRECOVERABLE CRYPTOGRAPHIC KEYS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
